Customer Satisfaction Management System is another standard certificate owned by our company, it is also a part of ISO 9001 but it is more efficient in terms of integration of infrastructure focused on customer satisfaction and its results. While increasing the level of consumer satisfaction, it is necessary to optimize the rate of reclamations and the speed of responding to customers’ complaints.
ISO 14001 certificate is a quality management standard that aims at monitoring the environmental effect of products and services performed by the company. It has been developed in order to insure company’s contribution to doing no harm to the environment. In order to be a company that has not only commercial and legal obligations but also environmental and social responsibilities, Yapraklar Construction has ISO 14001 certificate as well.
OHSAS 18001 is a standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHSAS). In order to be prepared, instructed and conscious of any risks related to occupational accidents with the employees as well as such events as fire, earthquake and natural disasters, Yapraklar Construction has OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety standard certificate.
